This leaders’ breakfast offers a starting point for understanding trauma and its implications for ministry. Together, we’ll consider how trauma can affect the whole person and explore several practical principles for caring more wisely for people carrying deep wounds.

About the Host
Todd Benkert is the Executive Director of Hope’s Companion, a nonprofit that equips churches to care well for people who have experienced trauma. He has served in pastoral ministry for over 25 years and teaches practical, biblically grounded approaches to ministry with people carrying deep wounds.
